They are suffering from Delusions of grandeur, they dislike anyone who interrupts them in meetings, during meetings they will keep talking and not give anyone a chance to talk. The problem with dictators is they are like horses in a race. As you know they have blinkers put over their eyes so they can not see the other houses to get distracted. Similarly, dictators cannot see the consequences of their actions. If anything, good happens it is because they are great managers but if anything, bad happens. The staff are responsible as they did not follow the managers orders correctly. Dictators always have to prove that they are great. Because of this they are great liars, they are always saying lies, thinking that people are so dumb that they do not know the difference between the truth and a lie. They do not listen to what people say. And when people are talking they have a very bad habit of interrupting people in mid-sentence. The list just goes on and on.
