Why do managers blame employees? The main reason behind this is that the managers are facing a problem and do not have a solution to the problem so they blame the employee that they have caused the problem and they should fix it. Another reason for blaming employees is that these managers do not have the proper training to deal with such problems.

So, if they are not properly trained why have they been put in such a senior position? I once sow a manager continuously blame a member of staff for everything that happened and in some cases for things that didn’t happen or may happen. The funny thing is that the employee had done the work in the morning and in the evening, he received a warning email that the work had not been done. If you were that employee what would you call such a manager??? When that manager met with that member of staff, the manager tried to scare that staff member that if you don’t do the work correctly their will be consequences. Now here comes the shock to that manager that staff member said. I don’t care! You see when you push a person to the limit of their patience the results can be grave and be prepared for the consequences. Staff members who have been pushed too far can retaliate in a way that you as a mmanagerwould never have even imagined.
